Welcome to HolaCamp! These rules are intended to ensure a safe, peaceful, and respectful stay for everyone, protect the natural environment, and facilitate harmonious coexistence. By entering the establishment, all guests, visitors, and companions agree to comply with these regulations, the terms of their booking, signage, and any justified instructions from the staff.
These regulations apply to guests, visitors, and anyone entering the campsite. Specific information communicated before booking or displayed in a visible manner at the reception, entrances, and facilities of the specific campsite is considered part of these regulations.
Current regulations and instructions from authorities shall prevail when they establish more stringent measures. Local campsite rules may specify schedules, capacities, or usage, but may not reduce the legally recognized rights of consumers.
Access requires a valid reservation, contract, or authorization and is subject to capacity, the occupancy limit of the assigned unit, and compliance with legal registration requirements.
Access may be denied due to lack of availability, insufficient documentation, attempts to exceed the contracted occupancy, outstanding and verified debts related to previous services, violent or intimidating behavior, objective risk to people or property, or failure to comply with a previously communicated admission condition. The decision will be objective, non-discriminatory, and proportionate.
Pitches must be occupied with suitable and safe camping equipment. Using the campsite as a permanent residence or subletting the reservation is not permitted.
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their mother, father, legal guardian, or an expressly authorized adult who assumes responsibility for their care throughout the stay.
The responsible adult must supervise them according to their age, especially in swimming pools, play areas, roads, activities, and natural spaces. The campsite may request the necessary documentation or authorization to verify this responsibility.
All guests must provide the information and documents required by law. Those required to sign the check-in form must do so using the method provided by the campsite; information for minors must be provided by the responsible adult.
Access wristbands, cards, license plates, or credentials are personal and non-transferable. They must be kept safe and shown whenever requested by authorized staff. Loss of these items must be reported immediately.
The current rates are those displayed on the website. Prices are applied per day based on the number of nights booked. Occupancy may not exceed the confirmed capacity.
Check-in and check-out times vary by campsite; the specific times established by each establishment will apply. Upon departure, the unit must be vacated of all people and belongings, and the corresponding keys or credentials must be returned.
However, if a campsite has established specific check-in and/or check-out times, those specific rules will prevail and will apply to your reservation.
Early arrival or late departure is only possible with prior authorization, subject to availability and acceptance of the communicated rate.
Accommodations must be returned in a reasonable state of order and cleanliness. Before departure, guests must remove all food and personal belongings, dispose of trash in the designated containers, leave used dishes clean and put away, and return all utensils, furniture, and equipment to their original locations.
The cleaning service included in your stay covers normal use of the accommodation. If the condition of the unit requires extraordinary cleaning due to accumulated waste, excessive dirt, stains or spills requiring special treatment, persistent odors, violation of the no-smoking policy, damages, or other circumstances attributable to the guests, the campsite may charge the reasonable and duly documented cost of such cleaning or repairs.
The assigned unit will be the one indicated by the campsite. Any change requires authorization from reception. Tents, vehicles, caravans, awnings, and other items must be kept within the boundaries of the pitch and must respect clearance distances, evacuation routes, and open areas.
Enclosures, fences, pools, structures, generators, outdoor air conditioning units, or other unauthorized items may not be installed without express permission. It is forbidden to nail, tie, or lean objects against trees, furniture, building facades, or installations.
Electrical connections must be contracted where applicable and must respect the power limit indicated for each pitch or accommodation. Only approved cables, plugs, and equipment in good condition, suitable for outdoor use, and grounded where required, may be used.
Tampering with electrical panels, safety devices, wiring, or any other campsite installation is prohibited. Equipment that poses a risk or causes overload, noise, smoke, or other disturbances must be disconnected immediately.
Charging electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles from pitches, accommodations, restrooms, lampposts, or any outlet not expressly designated for this purpose is prohibited.
Each campsite will establish its own quiet hours, which will apply throughout your stay. During this period, loud voices, music, television, power tools, disruptive lighting, setting up or dismantling equipment, and any other activity that may disturb the rest of others are not permitted.
Motor vehicle traffic is prohibited during quiet hours, except in cases of emergency, essential service, or with specific authorization from the campsite. Outside of these hours, noise levels must be kept at a volume that is respectful of others.
The speed limit is 10 km/h, and pedestrians always have the right of way. Regular vehicle traffic is permitted outside of the quiet hours established by each campsite. The campsite may reduce speed limits or temporarily restrict traffic when necessary.
Vehicles must be parked within the pitch where permitted or in designated areas, without blocking roads, access points, hydrants, or evacuation routes. Recreational or sporting use of motor vehicles is not permitted.
Bicycles and personal mobility vehicles must be ridden at a walking pace in shared areas and may not be used in expressly restricted zones. Electric scooters are prohibited within the premises unless the campsite has designated specific routes or they are used as a mobility aid.
All visitors must identify themselves and be authorized before entering. They will be linked to a registered guest, who is responsible for ensuring the visitor knows and follows the rules. Applicable rates, hours, and duration limits may be enforced as previously communicated.
In general, authorization is subject to capacity and may be suspended during peak periods, for safety reasons, or due to restrictions by authorities. Overnight stays require registration as a guest and may never exceed the contracted capacity. Notwithstanding the above, each campsite may establish a specific policy regarding visitor admission, which will take precedence over this general rule.
Guests, visitors, and staff must be treated with respect; safety instructions must be followed; facilities, vegetation, and wildlife must be cared for; the pitch/accommodation unit must be kept clean; and waste must be disposed of in closed bags in the appropriate containers.
Any accident, fire, breakdown, leak, risk, missing child, or situation that may affect collective health or safety must be reported to the team immediately. Emergencies take priority over any other operational rule.
Caravans, motorhomes, and equipment must be in safe condition and have the required inspections, insurance, and mandatory safety features. Grey and black water must only be emptied at designated points.
Assault, threats, harassment, discrimination, serious disruption of communal life, illegal, dangerous, or unsanitary activities, and access to staff-only areas are prohibited.
It is prohibited to carry or display weapons or dangerous objects outside of legally authorized circumstances; to tamper with fire safety equipment, electrical panels, barriers, or facilities; to block roads or exits; to bring in unregistered persons; or to conduct commercial activities or events without authorization.
It is prohibited to damage plants, capture or feed wildlife, dump substances, abandon waste, wash vehicles outside of authorized areas, or generate noise or light pollution.
Smoking, vaping, or using equivalent devices is prohibited inside accommodations, sanitary blocks, reception, dining areas, indoor spaces, and other marked areas. In accommodations, failure to comply may result in a charge for the reasonable and documented costs of cleaning, deodorizing, or repairs.
Alcohol must be consumed responsibly and only in designated areas. The consumption or possession of illegal substances is prohibited, as is remaining on the premises in a state that poses a risk, causes intimidation, or creates serious disturbance to others.
Lighting fires on the ground and using charcoal or wood barbecues, candles, torches, fireworks, or any device with an open flame is prohibited.
Only electrical or gas equipment that is expressly authorized, certified, in good condition, and under constant supervision may be used in the indicated places and conditions. The campsite may prohibit them entirely due to fire risk, wind, drought, orders from authorities, or any other safety reason.
Hydrants, fire extinguishers, roads, and safety zones must never be blocked. In the event of an alarm, follow the emergency plan, signage, and staff instructions.
Sanitary blocks, sinks, laundry areas, fountains, and disposal points must be used exclusively for their intended purpose. Washing clothes, dishes, animals, or vehicles in unauthorized areas is not permitted.
Footwear and appropriate clothing are required in reception, shops, restaurants, internal transport, and other indoor spaces; you may not enter shirtless or in clothing that may wet or soil the facilities.
Furniture may not be moved between units or areas without permission. After use, it must be left clean and in its original location. The specific rules and capacity limits posted at each facility are mandatory.
Hours, capacity limits, signage, and instructions from staff or lifeguards must be respected. Access outside of opening hours is prohibited.
Children under 16 must be accompanied and under the continuous supervision of an adult. Babies and children who require them must wear appropriate swim diapers.
Running, pushing, dangerous diving, bringing in glass, eating, smoking, or using speakers is not permitted. Balls, games, and inflatables are prohibited, with the exception of flotation aids intended for safety.
The pool may be temporarily closed for maintenance, water quality, weather, safety, emergencies, or by order of the authorities. The campsite will inform you as soon as possible.
Complementary services will be provided according to the hours, conditions, and availability informed. They may be modified or suspended due to maintenance, safety, weather, force majeure, or justified operational reasons.
The campsite will communicate any relevant incidents and, where applicable, apply the measures or rights provided for in consumer regulations and the contract. No suspension implies an automatic waiver of the user's rights.
Pets are welcome at HolaCamp and are therefore permitted in certain accommodations and pitches.
There are certain conditions to keep in mind:
Pet owners are responsible for their animal's behavior on the premises and, therefore, for any damage, harm, or nuisance caused to people, other animals, property, public roads and spaces, and the natural environment in general, in accordance with applicable current legislation.
The person accompanied by a pet is responsible at all times for its well-being, care, and supervision, and must prevent its uncontrolled exposure to the sun, the elements, or any other situation that could compromise its welfare.
Pets may not be left alone or unattended, whether on the pitch, in the accommodation, or in any other area of the campsite. Furthermore, pets may not be left locked in vehicles or other spaces without proper supervision, and the timeframes, conditions, and obligations established by current animal welfare regulations must be respected at all times.
Failure to comply with these measures may result in the incident being reported to the competent authorities and may lead to the forfeiture of the established security deposit.
Pet owners must clean up their pet's waste immediately throughout the campsite and dispose of it in the appropriate bins.
Pets are restricted from areas where food is consumed or sold, as well as areas restricted for hygiene reasons, such as the swimming pool or sanitary blocks. Guide dogs and personal assistance dogs are exempt from this restriction.
Without prejudice to the above, each campsite may establish specific additional rules regarding the admission, stay, and movement of pets within its facilities. Such specific rules shall prevail over these general terms and conditions and must be strictly followed during your stay.
Dogs of potentially dangerous breeds are not permitted at HolaCamp campsites to ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests.
Dogs considered potentially dangerous are:
1. Those belonging to the following breeds or crossbreeds:
2. Other dog breeds considered as such if determined by municipal ordinances.
3. Dogs trained for fighting or attack.
Guide dogs are trained to support people with visual or hearing impairments or autism spectrum disorders. Service dogs, on the other hand, are trained to provide medical alerts for conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, or other illnesses.
All of them are identified by an official badge, which the dog must wear in a visible place.
Users have a recognized right of access to the environment accompanied by their animal, and their right of admission is protected by law.
The following are permitted access to the campsite:
In addition to all areas authorized for domestic dogs.
Amounts and due dates will be as established in the booking. The campsite may request advance payment, pre-authorization, or a deposit, provided that the amount, purpose, and conditions have been previously communicated.
The security deposit is not an automatic penalty. It may only be applied to outstanding amounts or to damages, extraordinary cleaning, or losses that are effectively attributable, reasonable, and documented. Before any charge is made, the holder will be informed and provided with a channel for appeals and claims.
The party responsible will be liable for direct damages caused by intent, fault, or negligence, without prejudice to their insurance coverage. The amount must be proportional to the verified actual cost of repair or replacement.
Each guest is responsible for safeguarding their belongings and using the available security measures. The campsite will be liable in cases and within the limits established by law, without these regulations excluding any legally applicable responsibilities.
Items found or removed from an abandoned unit will be inventoried and kept in a reasonable manner. Attempts will be made to notify the owner, and legal deadlines and procedures will be applied; they will not be moved to an unsecured outdoor area.
Weather events, forest fires, utility outages, natural pests, government decisions, or other external events may necessitate service limitations, evacuations, or the adoption of extraordinary measures.
HolaCamp will act diligently to prevent risks, provide information, and mitigate their effects. This clause does not exclude any liability that may apply or the inalienable rights of consumers.
Any violation or breach of these regulations will be grounds for being asked to leave the campsite. In the event of a refusal, Management is authorized to immediately expel the offender, requesting the assistance of law enforcement if necessary.
Early termination of a stay does not authorize disproportionate charges or loss of funds. Services rendered, verified damages, and other contractually and legally due amounts will be settled.
Upon completion of the booking, all persons, vehicles, animals, and belongings must be removed. Leaving a pitch, tent, caravan, or accommodation unoccupied outside the contracted period is not permitted without written authorization.
In the event of apparent abandonment, non-payment, or inability to make contact, the campsite will follow a documented and proportionate procedure to vacate the unit and secure any belongings. Necessary and verified expenses may be claimed from the responsible party.
Comments or issues may be reported at reception or through HolaCamp's official channels. Complaint forms are available to users as legally required.
Personal data will be processed to manage the booking, comply with legal obligations, ensure safety, and provide the contracted services, in accordance with the privacy information provided by HolaCamp.
