From 20 to 30 November, an unmissable event for food lovers is coming up. Sitges is full of aromas, creativity and signature tapas with the Fall edition of Tapa a Tapa 2025. One of the gastronomic routes, most awaited by both locals and visitors.
For 10 days Sitges invites you to rediscover its streets, its atmosphere and its cuisine through its bars and restaurants that offer exclusive tapas designed for you to enjoy haute cuisine in a small format.
This year, in HolaCamp Sitges Garrofer, we are especially excited to be part of this route with the delicious proposals of our two restaurants: Camping Pizza and La Sinia. Two very different spaces, but with the same essence: enjoying outdoor life, good food and time together.
What is Tapa a Tapa Sitges
The Tapa a Tapa is a gastronomic route traditionally organized in Sitges, in which different bars and restaurants in the city prepare exclusive creations for the occasion. Its objective is to highlight local cuisine, boost commerce and offer a culinary experience accessible to all.
How to experience Tapa a Tapa

· The route extends from the Port d'Aiguadolç, all over the urban center, and throughout the seafront until the Les Anquines Beach.
· You'll find 28 restaurants and bars in Sitges with exclusive tapas designed to surprise you and make you want to repeat.

· For only 4€, you can enjoy an exclusive tapa accompanied by a glass of wine or cane, the perfect combination to discover unique flavors.
· Best of all, you too are part of the jury. You can vote for your favorite tapa and then find out if you share judgment with the technical jury.
Beyond flavor, the event is a great opportunity to support local bussinesses and gastronomy, discover your new favorite restaurant and enjoy a different day with your family.

Camping Pizza
Don't miss the Camping Pizza tapa: “Quésame Mucho”, a delicious mini four-cheese pizza with foie mi-cuit, caramelized onion and fresh basil.
Our Neapolitan pizza has a delicate thin crust base, topped with a fusion of four selected cheeses — mozzarella, gorgonzola, scamorza and ricotta — that blend together in perfect harmony. The foie mi-cuit provides a sophisticated nuance, while the sweetness of the caramelized onion balances the intensity. Fresh basil leaves an herbal and Mediterranean scent.

You can savor it outdoors, in a spacious space with a relaxed atmosphere, ideal to enjoy with your loved ones while sharing your best #CampStories. And if it gets cold, don't worry, you can also eat your pizza around the fire and with the best company.
La Sinia
La Sinia is that place where time stands still, so you can try its delicious Mediterranean cuisine. Everything here is carefully designed to make you feel at home, from the fresh ingredients to its 4 different spaces, each with a unique atmosphere and charm, so you can decide how you prefer to enjoy your food.
Let yourself be surprised by La Sinia's tasty special tapa: the ”Autumnal snack with seasonal scents”, a potato bomb stuffed with braised oxtail. Get ready to fall in love with this golden and crispy potato delight on the outside, which contains a mellow oxtail stew, cooked slowly at low temperature in red wine and aromatic vegetables. It is presented on a delicate emulsion of mayonnaise and caramelized onion, with a sweet hint of blueberry and a crunchy vegetable chip that provides contrast and texture.
