Yes, barbecues with charcoal are allowed, provided it's not prohibited due to weather conditions, such as wind. Reception will inform you at all times whether it's permitted or not.

All plots have electricity (included in the price of the plot).

The capacity of the plots is a maximum of 6 people.

Our bungalows are equipped with basic kitchenware (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans). They also have a microwave, refrigerator and a capsule coffee machine.

All accommodations booked directly with us include bed linen and bath towels. You can also rent additional towels at Reception.

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations. You may smoke outside. Smoking inside the accommodations may result in the full or partial loss of your security deposit.

For your stay in our accommodations, a security deposit of between €50 and €100 is required. The deposit will be refunded if the accommodation is left in good condition, with the furniture in its place, clean kitchen utensils, and the trash properly disposed of. Upon your departure, after verifying that everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded to your card within a maximum of 48 hours.

No, there is no tourist tax in the Valencian Community.

With the Non-Refundable rate, no modifications or cancellations are allowed. With the Flexible rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days in advance (30 days during Easter, San Juan, July, and August). After this period, the full amount of the reservation will be charged without refund, even in case of early departure or no-show (the reservation is only held for the first night).
