How can I modify my reservation?

With the Non-Refundable rate, no modifications or cancellations are possible. If you have booked the Flexible rate, you must send an email to costabrava@camping3estrellas.com with your request, and we will review it carefully.

Is there a schedule for vehicle traffic within the campsite?

From 10:00 PM onwards, vehicles are not allowed to enter the premises, so you must leave your vehicle in the main parking lot located in the entrance area.

Is there Wi-Fi at the campsite? Is there a charge?

Yes, Wi-Fi access is free.

Where can I park the car? What if we go with two people?

We are committed to reducing car traffic at the campsite, so all vehicles must remain in the main parking area next to Reception. We recommend bringing only one car per booking, but if there are two of you, you can use a second space in the same parking area.

What are the pool's opening hours?

In June and September, the opening hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. In July and August, we are open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The facility remains open until September 30.

When does the pool open?

The swimming pool is open during the summer period from June 1st to September 30th.

Is there a transfer or taxi service?

No, we don't offer a transfer service. If you'd like, we can call a taxi from reception.

Are they open all year round?

We are closed during the winter months, from November to March.

Does it have year-round animation? Is it free?

The entertainment is free. Our teams provide activities suitable for the whole family. It takes place daily during peak season, Easter, and Halloween.

On the day of departure, can I stay at the campsite once I have vacated the pitch or accommodation?

Yes, after vacating your accommodation or pitch, you can continue to enjoy our services. You must leave the premises before 6:00 PM. You can park your vehicle in our parking lot, subject to availability.

Can I have visitors during my stay? Is there a cost involved?

Yes, you can receive visitors. The fee is €10 per adult and €5 per child. Visitors must register at reception. The first hour is free, and any additional time will incur the corresponding fee. Cars must be parked in the entrance parking lot.

Can I travel with my pets?

Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge that varies depending on the season. They are allowed on the pitches and in the Superior 4 and 6 bungalows, Classic 4 bungalow, Safari bungalow, and double room. They are not allowed in the Glamping accommodations.
