With the Non-Refundable rate, no modifications or cancellations are allowed. If you have booked the Flexible rate, you will need to send an email to bookings.aran@holacamp.net with your request, and we will review it carefully.

If you choose the non-refundable (NR) rate, you will need to pay the full amount of your stay. For the Flex rate, 40% of the total amount will be charged to your card as a deposit at the time of booking.

To ensure everyone's rest, vehicle access is restricted at night. From 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, no vehicles are allowed within the grounds.

If you need a second parking space, you can request it when making your reservation. There is an additional charge and it is subject to availability.

The pool's opening hours are from 12:00 to 19:00.

The swimming pool is open during the months of July and August.

The campsite is located at Camí paisas, s/n, 25540 Les, Val d'Aran, Lleida. Public transport options to reach the Aran Valley include buses connecting several cities, such as Lleida and Barcelona, ​​with Vielha. Once you arrive in Vielha, you can take a taxi or local transport to Les, which is about 15 km from the campsite. If you prefer to walk, the campsite is just 1 km from the center of Les.

Yes, after vacating your accommodation or pitch, you can continue to enjoy the facilities until 5:00 p.m. Parking will be available if there are spaces available.

The campsite remains open throughout the year, offering unique experiences in every season.

Pets are only allowed on the campsites, except for Potentially Dangerous Dogs (PPP) and their mixes. They must be kept on a leash at all times and relieve themselves outside the campsite. Please note that dogs cannot be left tied up on the campsite if their owners are going to be out and about. The dog must be accompanied by its owner at all times.

We currently do not have our own entertainment. The adventure sports company “Deportur” organizes activities. They offer activities for children aged 6 and up, as well as adults, such as a vertical forest adventure park (zip lines, climbing, challenges) and rafting and canyoning activities. The cost of the activities varies, so we recommend contacting Deportur directly for more details.

Yes, you can receive visitors for a fee that varies depending on the season (please inquire at Reception). The limit is 4 people per pitch, and in bungalows it depends on the accommodation's capacity.
