There are two types of rates: - Flex Rate Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival in high season and 7 days prior in low season will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival in high season, or 7 days or less prior in low season, will result in a 100% charge. - Non-Refundable Rate This rate offers a significant discount on the standard rate. Therefore, 100% of the deposit will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Yes, during the registration process you will be asked for your ID card, identification card or passport and the full name of all members.

Yes, we have cribs and high chairs available for loan during your stay. They are free of charge, but please let us know when you book as they are limited.

At the time of booking, 40% of the total cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card as a deposit for the Flex rate. If you choose the non-refundable NR rate, you must pay the full amount (100%) at the time of booking.
