With the Non-Refundable rate, no modifications or cancellations are allowed. If you have booked the Flexible rate, you will need to send your request to bookings@holacamp.net and we will review it carefully.

With the Non-Refundable (NR) rate, 100% payment is due at the time of booking. With the Flexible (FLEX) rate, 40% is due at the time of booking, and the remainder 7 or 30 days prior to arrival, depending on the policy. The remaining 60% must be paid upon online check-in.

There is Wi-Fi in various areas of the campsite. Wi-Fi access is free.

You can access the campsite at any time, day or night. Just keep in mind that vehicles are not allowed between midnight and 7:00 a.m., and you must respect the quiet hours.

The pool's opening hours are: in summer from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and in low season from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Our pool is open all year round.

From Faro Airport: By car: Take the A22 from the airport and follow the signs to Albufeira. Take exit 9 towards Albufeira/Ferreiras and continue to the campsite. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. By public transport: You can take an EVA Transportes bus to Albufeira bus station. From there, a taxi or local bus will take you to the campsite. From Lisbon: By car: Take the A2 south (towards the Algarve). Then continue on the A22 and take exit 15 towards Albufeira/Ferreiras. From there, simply follow the signs to the campsite. The journey takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. By train: You can take the CP (Comboios de Portugal) train to Ferreiras station. From there, a taxi or local bus will take you to the campsite.

Yes, there is an airport transfer service for €40 (up to 4 people). Just contact the campsite reception to arrange it.

Our campsite is open all year round, offering you the possibility of enjoying our facilities and services in any season.

In summer there's entertainment every day. There's live music in the evenings and aquagym during the day.

Of course, you can receive visitors during your stay. However, they will need to pay the corresponding fee and will not be allowed to stay overnight. Visitors are only permitted during reception opening hours, and visitor vehicles are not allowed on the campsite.

Only dogs are allowed on our pitches. Proof of up-to-date vaccination and microchip identification are mandatory.
