Check-in is from 16:00 for accommodation and from 13:00 for pitches. Check-out is before 11:00 for accommodation and before 12:00 for pitches.

No, there's no need. Our accommodation includes bed linen and shower towels.

At HolaCamp Albufeira you'll find loads of options to enjoy your stay! Swimming pool: Check the opening and closing dates here to find out when you can enjoy it during your stay. Restaurant, snack bar and supermarket Toilets, showers, chemical WCs and grey water service point Barbecue area: You can use the barbecue area as long as there are no environmental restrictions due to fire risk. Yes, there's free Wi-Fi in the campsite's common areas. Please note that coverage may vary depending on the area and we can't guarantee a connection stable enough for remote working or downloads. For that, we recommend our Wifi Spot, a common area with a more stable connection.

Of course! HolaCamp Albufeira is pet friendly, although pets are currently only allowed on pitches. Up to 2 pets are allowed per stay. You can add yours to your booking in the «Extras» section during the booking process. Dogs of breeds considered potentially dangerous are not allowed. To travel with your pet, you'll need to bring its vaccination record and pet passport, as it must be properly identified. It must also wear a tag with its owner's phone number and the campsite's identification.

Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 8:00, and vehicles may not be driven during this time to ensure everyone can rest.

Yes, we love welcoming friends and family of our HolaCampers in mid and low season, outside holidays and long weekends. They must register at reception accompanied by the booking holder, and access has a fee that varies depending on the season. They must park in the car park outside the campsite.

Current legislation does not allow a campsite to be used as a permanent residence, so your stay must be temporary. That said, you can enjoy HolaCamp Albufeira for long stays. We don't currently have a specific long-stay rate for pitches or accommodation, but you can book directly on our website and choose as many nights as you need, with no limit on the number of days.

Accommodation requires a €100 deposit to ensure proper use of the facilities. It doesn't apply to pitches. The deposit must be paid by card and is returned on the day you leave, once our cleaning and maintenance staff have checked the accommodation. If everything is in order, you'll receive the refund between 2 and 7 calendar days after your departure date, depending on your bank.
