How can I cancel my reservation?

With the Non-Refundable rate no modification or cancellation can be made. With the flexible rate, you can cancel for free up to 7 days before (30 days during Easter, San Juan, July and August). After this period, the total reservation will be charged without refund, also in case of early departure or no-show (the reservation is maintained only for the first night).

Is there Wifi at the campsite? Does it have any cost?

There is Wifi in different areas of the campsite. Wifi access is free.

How can I modify my reservation?

With the Non-Refundable rate no modification or cancellation can be made. If you have contracted the flexible rate, you will have to send us an email to info@3estrellasmediterraneo.com with your request and we will analyze it carefully.

How much will I have to pay with the reservation?

If you choose the non-refundable (NR) rate, you must pay in full for the stay. In the case of the Flex rate, 40% of the total amount will be charged to your card as a deposit at the time of booking.

Can I travel with my pets?

Pets are welcome, but incur an additional fee that varies depending on the season. They are admitted on the pitches and in all the Bungalows and Mobilhomes. They are not allowed in Glamping accommodations.

When does the pool open?

The swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 30.

Are they open all year round?

Yes, we are open all year round. We would love to welcome you whenever you want to visit us!

On the day of departure, can I stay at the campsite once the pitch or accommodation has been vacated?

Yes, after handing over the keys or vacating the pitch, you can continue enjoying the campsite facilities until departure.

Can I receive visitors during my stay? Does it have any cost?

Yes, you can receive visitors during your stay. The cost is €8 per adult and €6 per child. Visitors must leave before 8:00 p.m.

What is the check-in and check-out time at the pitches?

Check in takes place from 12:00 p.m. Check out is until 11:00 am.

What are the reception hours?

The Reception is open for our clients from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in high season. This schedule may vary in low season. If you cannot arrive within these hours, our security team will assist you. We recommend you check in online before your arrival.

Can I extend my stay by a few hours on the day of departure?

If you want to extend your stay, you can ask the reception about the possibility of making a Late Check-out until 6:00 p.m. Please note that this option is always subject to availability.
