What happens if I cancel my reservation?

There are two types of rates: - Flex Rate Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date in high season and 7 days in low season, the deposit paid is returned. Cancellations 30 days or less in advance in high season, or 7 days or less in low season, will result in a withholding of 100% of the amount paid. - Non-refundable fee This rate represents a significant discount on the standard rate, so at the time of confirming the reservation 100% will be charged and refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How can I modify my reservation?

Contact our reservation staff by email at camino@holacamp.net, and we will carefully analyze your request.

Do I have to provide the details of all the companions?

Yes, during the registration process you will be asked for your DNI, identification card or passport and the full name of all members.

How much will I have to pay with the reservation?

At the time of making the reservation, 40% of the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card as a reservation deposit in the case of a Flex rate. If you choose the non-refundable NR rate, you must pay 100% in full at the time of making your reservation.

Is there Wifi at the campsite? Does it have any cost?

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property.

Where can I leave the car? What if we go with two?

The property includes one vehicle per reservation in the free private parking. If you wish to bring a second vehicle, you can park it subject to availability. We recommend consulting in advance, by email: camino@holacamp.net

Are there rules or an internal code of conduct?

Yes, respect and good coexistence is one of our priority objectives to guarantee the best possible experience for our clients. Stag or bachelorette parties or similar parties cannot be held at this accommodation.

What are the Reception hours?

The Reception is open for our clients from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (depending on the season). If you cannot arrive during these times, we would appreciate it if you let us know in advance so that we can organize your arrival in the best possible way.

What is the check-in and check-out time at the accommodations?

Check-in takes place from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Check-out until 12:00 p.m. You can go to the campsite beforehand to register and enjoy the facilities. We do not keep food in the refrigerator until 4 p.m., only if it is medicine that needs a refrigerator or something for babies.

On the day of departure, can I stay at the campsite once I have vacated the accommodation?

Once the accommodation has been vacated, it is possible to stay at the campsite, provided that notice is given in advance and depending on the availability of space. You can enjoy the pool until 2:00 p.m.

Are they open all year round?

Yes, our establishment remains open all year round, offering service in any season

Is the water at the campsite drinkable?

Yes, the water at the campsite is drinkable.

What are the transportation options between the airport and the campsite?

The closest airport to the campsite is Valencia Airport (VLC). From there, you can take a taxi (30-40 min), use public transport to Albuixech and make a change, or rent a car.

What are tourist taxes? Are they mandatory?

No, in the Valencian Community there is no tourist tax.
