Aware of the importance of maintaining sustainable tourism development, and having adopted the principles and objectives specifically established at the 2015 World Summit on Sustainable Development, COP 21, and the World Charter for Sustainable Tourism + 20, Grupo Holacamp is committed to carrying out sustainable management of its activities through the adoption of commitments aimed at preventing, eliminating, or reducing the impact of our facilities and activities, both internal and external, as well as optimizing the sustainability of the establishment by improving its interaction with the environment.
We commit to motivating and training our staff through educational and awareness actions on the principles of Responsible Tourism, promoting good environmental practices in the surrounding area and participating in external activities, and informing both internally and externally about the company’s environmental progress and actions.
Likewise, our establishment expresses an explicit commitment to fight against sexual exploitation or any other form of exploitation and commercial harassment, and we commit to adopting universal accessibility measures.
One of our main objectives is to improve sustainable management, assuming commitments to continuous improvement in all areas of sustainability: social, economic, and environmental, as well as in customer satisfaction. To this end, projects for future expansions of facilities or activities will be subject to sustainability criteria and efficiency in the use of resources.
This Responsible Tourism Policy will be updated whenever circumstances require, adopting and publishing, in both cases, new sustainability objectives.

We support sustainable initiatives, such as eliminating plastics and collecting waste in the surrounding area. We say goodbye to single-use plastic: we provide eco-friendly welcome kits, use large-format bathroom amenities, and also have osmosis machines so you can refill your bottle whenever you want.
We move around the campsite with electric vehicles, caring for the environment on every journey. We have charging points for electric cars, so you can recharge while enjoying your stay.
We have systems to save water in different areas of the campsite, helping to protect this valuable resource without you having to do anything extra.
We promote the use of electric meters on pitches, which allows us to bill according to actual consumption. This has made our guests more aware of their electricity use, achieving a reduction in annual consumption.
We use high-quality materials that last much longer, allowing us to reduce waste and the long-term environmental impact.
We have implemented well-marked recycling areas within the campsites. We have the RECYSMART system with rewards, thus encouraging recycling.

We collaborate with local NGOs to ensure that our donations reach those who truly need them.
We organize activities for adults and children that help us live more consciously and responsibly, such as yoga, sports activities, tournaments, and workshops related to our natural and cultural environment.

We want to be an active part of local development and contribute to ensuring that both residents and visitors benefit from a more prosperous and positive environment.
