Why should I leave a deposit in deposit?

At HolaCamp Sant Salvador, when checking in, we could request a deposit of up to €150 by card as a guarantee against possible damages. We will give you an identification bracelet, which you will only have to return when checking out. If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded within 2 to 7 days after your departure

What are tourist taxes? Are they mandatory?

Tourist taxes correspond to the tourist tax established by the government. The amount may vary from one campsite to another as they are located in different regions. The charge is calculated per person and day with a maximum period of 7 days.  Minors are exempt from payment. In the case of Camping HolaCamp Sant Salvador, the tourist tax is €0.66 person/day.

How can I cancel my reservation?

With the Non-Refundable rate no modification or cancellation can be made. With the flexible rate, you can cancel for free up to 7 days before (30 days during Easter, San Juan, July and August). After this period, the total reservation will be charged without refund, also in case of early departure or no-show (the reservation is maintained only for the first night).

How can I modify my reservation?

With the Non-Refundable rate no modification or cancellation can be made. If you have contracted the flexible rate, you will have to send us an email to bookings@holacamp.net with your request and we will analyze it carefully.

How much will I have to pay with the reservation?

With the Non-Refundable (NR) rate, 100% full payment is made at the time of booking. With the flexible rate (FLEX) payment of 40% is made at the time of reservation and the rest 7 or 30 days before depending on the reservation policy. The remaining 60% must be made with online check-in.

What are the pool hours?

We do not have a swimming pool inside the campsite, but we are only 50 meters from the beach. The sea is very close to enjoy!

On the day of departure, can I stay at the campsite once the pitch or accommodation has been vacated?

After vacating the accommodation or plot, you will only be able to continue enjoying our services if you have contracted late check-out, and until the agreed time. Otherwise, you must leave the facilities after check-out.

Can I extend my stay by a few hours on the day of departure?

If you want to extend your stay, you can consult at reception on the same day of departure about the possibility of contracting the Late Check out rate. Always subject to availability.

Is it possible to have a cot/high chair? Does it have any added costs?

Yes, we have cribs and high chairs that we lend during your stay subject to availability. They have no cost, but we do ask that you inform us at the time of booking since they are limited units.

What is the check-in and check-out time at the pitches?

Check in takes place from 1:00 p.m. Check out is until 12:00.

What is the check-in and check-out time at the accommodations?

Check in takes place from 4:00 p.m. Check out is until 12:00.

What are the reception hours?

The reception is open for our clients from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Do you have an accessible bathroom?

Yes, in the sanitary block near Reception. If you need it, we will give you a key at Reception in exchange for a small deposit that is returned at the end of your stay.

Do you have any accessible accommodation?

No, at this time we do not have any accessible accommodation.

Will I find an ATM inside the facility?

We do not have an ATM inside the premises.
