All accommodations are fully equipped with bed linen and towels.

The tourist tax is €2 per person per night (13 years and over), up to a maximum of 7 nights. It is mandatory and is payable upon check-in.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. If any incidents or damage such as smoke odor, cigarette marks, ashes, etc., are detected inside the accommodation, the campsite may deduct an appropriate amount from the guest's deposit.

We reserve the right to request a credit card as a deposit for any damages caused during your stay.

With the Non-Refundable rate, no modifications or cancellations are allowed. If you have booked the Flexible rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival (30 days for Easter, San Juan, July, and August). After that time, if you cancel, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to your card, and no refund will be issued. This also applies if you depart early or do not show up (the reservation is only held for the first night).

With the Non-Refundable rate, no modifications or cancellations are allowed. If you have booked the Flexible rate, you will need to send your request to bookings@holacamp.net and we will review it carefully.

With the Non-Refundable (NR) rate, 100% payment is due at the time of booking. With the Flexible (FLEX) rate, 40% is due at the time of booking, and the remainder 7 or 30 days prior to arrival, depending on the policy. The remaining 60% must be paid upon online check-in.

There is Wi-Fi in various areas of the campsite. Wi-Fi access is free.

You can access the campsite at any time, day or night. Just keep in mind that vehicles are not allowed between midnight and 7:00 a.m., and you must respect the quiet hours.

The pool's opening hours are: in summer from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and in low season from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Our pool is open all year round.

Yes, there is an airport transfer service for €40 (up to 4 people). Just contact the campsite reception to arrange it.
