¿A partir de qué edad pagan los niños?

Los niños a partir de 3 años tendrán tarifa infantil, mientras que los bebés de hasta 2 años pueden alojarse de forma gratuita. El precio de los alojamientos incluye el número total de personas permitidas, contando tanto adultos como niños.

¿Se puede disponer de cuna/trona? ¿Tiene algún coste añadido?

Sí, contamos con cunas y tronas que prestamos durante la estancia. No tienen ningún coste, pero si pedimos que nos informen en el momento de la reserva ya que son unidades limitadas.

¿Puedo alargar unas horas mi estancia el día de la salida?

Si quieres alargar tu estancia, puedes consultar en la recepción la posibilidad de hacer un Late Check-out hasta las 18:00 h. Ten en cuenta que esta opción está siempre sujeta a disponibilidad.

Is there a laundry service at the campsite?

No, but the reception staff can tell you about the nearest laundry service

Is there an option to rent a refrigerator during the stay?

Unfortunately, we do not have this service.

Are there lockers or places to store suitcases?

We do not have a luggage storage room.

Can we use the ACSI card?

Currently, we do not have rates available for customers with ACSI/ADAC cards.

What equipment do the Bungalows have?

Our bungalows have basic kitchenware (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans). They have a microwave, refrigerator and a capsule coffee maker.

Do the Accommodations have bed linen, blankets and towels?

All our accommodations have bed linen and bath towels.

What are tourist taxes? Are they mandatory?

The rates correspond to the tourist tax established by the government. The amount may vary from one campsite to another as they are located in different regions. The charge is calculated per person and day with a maximum period of 7 days. Minors are exempt from payment.

Is there Wifi at the campsite? Does it have any cost?

There is Wifi in different areas of the campsite. Wifi access is free.

When does the pool open?

The pool is open during the months of July and August.

On the day of departure, can I stay at the campsite once the pitch or accommodation has been vacated?

Yes, after vacating your accommodation or pitch, you can continue enjoying the facilities until 5:00 p.m. Parking will be available if there are free spaces.

Can I travel with my pets?

Pets are accepted only on the pitches, except for Potentially Dangerous Dogs (PPP) and their crossbreeds. They must always be on a leash and relieve themselves outside the campsite. Please note that dogs cannot be left on a leash on the pitch if the owners are going on activities. It is necessary that the dog is always accompanied by its owner.
