Is there water intake on the plots?

The campsite has water points distributed throughout the pitch area.

Does the campsite have barbecues?

Yes, there is a barbecue area prepared for your use. Guests are welcome to bring their own charcoal barbecue, where permitted under fire risk regulations (this is subject to change based on government guidance). Guests outside the campsite can use the barbecue with prior reservation.

Can we use the ACSI card?

Currently, we do not have rates available for customers with ACSI/ADAC cards.

Is electricity included in the plot?

All pitches have electricity.

What is the maximum capacity of the plots?

The capacity of the plots is a maximum of 6 people.

What equipment do the Bungalows have?

Our bungalows have basic kitchenware (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans). They have a microwave, refrigerator and a capsule coffee maker.

Do the Accommodations have bed linen, blankets and towels?

All our accommodations have bed linen and bath towels.

Can you smoke in the accommodation?

No. Smoking is completely prohibited in the accommodations. If they can do it outside. Smoking in the accommodation may result in total or partial loss of the deposit deposited.

What are tourist taxes? Are they mandatory?

The rates correspond to the tourist tax established by the government. The amount may vary from one campsite to another as they are located in different regions. The charge is calculated per person and day with a maximum period of 7 days. Minors are exempt from payment.

Why should I leave a deposit in deposit?

How can I modify my reservation?

How can I cancel my reservation?

With the Non-Refundable rate no modification or cancellation can be made. With the flexible rate, you can cancel for free up to 7 days before (30 days on Halloween, Easter, San Juan, July and August). After this period, the total reservation will be charged without refund, also in case of early departure or no-show (the reservation is maintained only for the first night).

How much will I have to pay with the reservation?

If you choose the non-refundable (NR) rate, you must pay in full for the stay. In the case of the Flex rate, 40% of the total amount will be charged to your card as a deposit at the time of booking.

Is there Wifi at the campsite? Does it have any cost?

There is Wifi in different areas of the campsite. Wifi access is free.

Where can I leave the car? What if we go with two?

If you need a second parking space, you can request it when making your reservation. It has a supplement and is subject to availability.
