Are there plots available for seasonal work?

Does the plot include electricity?

All plots have electricity (included in the price of the plot).

Can we use the ACSI card?

Yes, during specific dates. You can book directly through the website and you will need to show your valid ACSI card upon arrival.

Is there a schedule for vehicle traffic within the campsite?

From 11:00 PM onwards, vehicles are not allowed on the premises, in order to respect the quiet and rest hours.

What is the maximum capacity of the plots?

The capacity of the plots is from 2 to 5 people maximum, depending on the plot chosen.

What amenities do the bungalows have?

Our mobile homes include basic kitchenware (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans). They have a microwave, refrigerator, and a Nespresso-type coffee machine. They do not have an oven or a blender.

Do the accommodations provide bed linen, blankets, and towels?

All accommodations include bed linen, a blanket per bed, and towels.

Is smoking allowed in accommodations?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations. You may smoke outside. Smoking inside the accommodations may result in the full or partial loss of your security deposit.

Why do I have to leave a deposit?

A €100 security deposit is required for your stay in our accommodations. This deposit will be refunded if the accommodation is left in good condition, with the furniture in its place, clean kitchen utensils, and the trash properly disposed of. Upon your departure, after verifying that everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded to your card within 48 hours.

How can I cancel my reservation?

With the Non-Refundable rate, no modifications or cancellations are allowed. With the Flexible rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days in advance (30 days during Easter, San Juan, July, and August). After this period, the full amount of the reservation will be charged without refund, even in case of early departure or no-show (the reservation is only held for the first night).

How can I modify my reservation?

With the Non-Refundable rate, no modifications or cancellations are allowed. If you have booked the Flexible rate, you will need to send an email to bookings@lafranca.holacamp.net with your request, and we will review it carefully.

Where can I park the car? What if we go with two people?

We are committed to reducing car traffic at the campsite. We recommend bringing only one car per booking, but if there are two of you, there is an external parking area nearby, although it is not managed by the campsite.
